Auction Steps

Found something you want to bid on? Register or login and enter the necessary payment information.

You have the option to select “Max Bid” or “Direct Bid.” You can adjust the bid amount by toggling the “+/-” button.
You cannot place a bid lower than the starting price or the current bid.

Max Bid: Enter the maximum amount that you are willing to bid for a product. However, this is not the amount that will appear on the website.
The InWin eStore bid system will only bid the lowest amount possible to surpass the previous bid. And, it will keep doing this until your maximum amount is reached.
If you choose this bidding method, you will not be informed by email until your maximum bid amount is surpassed by others.

Direct Bid: Enter a higher bid than the previous bid.
The amount will appear on the website directly and becomes the highest bid before a next bid is placed.
When you choose this bidding method, the system will email you when your bid is surpassed by other bidders, and you can decide if you want to come back to place higher bids.

After placing the bid amount, you need to check the product and the bid amount information.
By clicking the “Confirm Bid” button, you confirm that all the information shown are correct and you accept our auction Terms and Conditions.

    What is the reserve price?

    A

    The InWin eStore can choose to add a reserve price according to the product list on the auction service. It is the minimum amount the product can be sold for, so if the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold. If you place a bid that is below our reserve price, you will see a “Reserve not met” message. This means that even if you're the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you won't win the item.

    You will receive an email for the following:

    (a) After registering your credit card, you will receive your bidder number.

    (b)When you place a bid on the eStore using either Maximum Bid or Direct Bid.

    (c) If you choose the Maximum Bid method, you will receive an email to inform that your max bid amount has been surpassed by others.

    (d) If you choose the Direct bid, the system will inform you when your bid is surpassed by others.

    (f) When the auction has ended, the system will also email you with the final results.

    (g) If you are the winning bidder, you will receive your invoice information after the auction has ended.

    To receive a bidder number, you will need to register your credit card on the eStore auction system prior to bidding on any item. Your bidder number will be recorded when you place any bid on the eStore, therefore, you can track your previous bids from your Membership Lounge under “My Bid History” or in the product bidding page “Bid History.”

    This allows us to more accurately identify online bidders and avoid the possibility of factishes bids. Bidders expressly authorize the InWin eStore to use their credit card to satisfy the payment amount they have bid on.

General Terms and Conditions

The InWin eStore auction service is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. If you spot a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this web-site as stated below please let us know by contacting us.

Rights to Suspend or Terminate

1.You agree that the InWin eStore, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (i) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this website. (ii) You have repeatedly broken a certain term. (iii) We believe you to be a non-paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing while we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive, then your account with us will be terminated.

2.You will be suspended or permanently banned from the website if you provide false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that your details supplied during registration are accurate and up to date before you use InWin eStore auction services.

3.You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the Site or the content contained herein without our prior, express written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on the InWin eStore auction service.

Payment

1.To receive an online bidder number you must provide your credit card information, and must be placed prior to the auction event. This allows us to more accurately identify online bidders and avoid the possibility of factishes bids. Bidders expressly authorize the InWin eStore to use their credit card to satisfy the payment amount.

2.Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders within 8 hours of the closed auction. Full payment of the purchase price is charged to your credit card prior to e-mail notification that you are the successful bidder. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. Collection of applicable taxes will be in accordance with the laws of the state.

3.To our service providers: we employ the services of a third-party payment processor on our website to fulfill payments when a purchase is executed. This third party isn't authorized to utilize your personal information for any other purposes. We also employ the services of a third-party shipping agent.

Merchandise return/refunds: All items up for bid and awarded to the highest bidder becomes the bidder’s property upon the final payment of your invoice, which will be charged to the submitted credit card you filed at registration. I waive any and all rights concerning charge backs or refund for any items charged off to me.

4.As a bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the InWin eStore and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this website, winning and not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result.

5.As a bidder, you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part, you must notify the InWin eStore immediately.

6.The highest bidder shall be designated at the end of each auction sale. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, InWin eStore reserves the right to reopen or cancel bidding.

7.Your bidding number will be displayed throughout InWin eStore (and so available to the public), and is connected to all of your activity in the sites. Other people can see your bids, purchases, ratings and associated comments through your bidding number. If you access our sites from a shared computer or a computer in an internet café, certain information about you, such as your User ID, bidding number, activity or reminders from InWin eStore, may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.

Laws

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, US and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of California, US.
