What are Gift Cards and how can they be used?
Gift Cards are viewed as a virtual currency used exclusively within the InWin Europe eStore. You can make purchases through this method. You can redeem the value of the Gift Card by entering a code at checkout. A Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent more than once. Multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout.
How can I get a Gift Card?
Every Gift Card is sent by the InWin Europe eStore and only members can receive and use the Gift Card. Gift Cards may be given during any promotion, activities, or sales.
Is there an expiration date for my Gift Cards?
Yes. You can find the expiration date on your Gift Card email sent by the InWin Europe eStore. The expiration date of every Gift Card varies.
If I lose access to my Gift Card, what should I do?
Products purchased by a Gift Card enjoy the same warranty policies.
If products are bought using a Gift Card and needs to be returned, the InWin Europe eStore will inspect the returned package first. Only when it is well packaged and no visible damage was made during transit will we restore the balance of the gift card.

1. Write an e-mail to our Customer Service team here via Contact Us firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining your main issue (Ex. state your order No., product name, the reason for return/replacement, and upload pictures if needed).
2. The RMA department will assess the situation and reply to you with instructions on what to do, including the address to which you can send your returned product.
