Do I have to become a member to order or purchase items?
No. You can shop as a visitor, but visitors cannot enjoy the membership perks the InWin Europe eStore offers.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The transit time of each order is approximately 1-2 weeks. Depending on which region you are in, the transit time may vary, and only under exceptional circumstances should it exceed this waiting period.
Add the product listed with pre-order into the shopping cart and complete the checkout process to pre-order it successfully.
What else should I know when making a preorder?
Preordered items will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page, please keep this in mind before making a preorder.
Please note that if your order contains a preordered item and an item which is currently in stock, both will not be shipped until the preordered item is available. What is a Discount Code and how can it be used?
Discount Codes are usable only once and can be redeemed at the checkout. Note that with every single order only one code can be applied.

If I want to return or replace my product, what is the standard procedure?
Explaining your main issue/ the reason for return or replacement.
State your order No., product name.
Upload pictures if needed.
The RMA department will assess the situation and reply to you with instructions on what to do, including the address to which you can send your returned product.
